  In order to enhance the sense of ownership and belonging of employees and strengthen the cohesive force of the enterprise, Henan Longyuan Landscape Construction Co. Ltd. carried out team bonding activities on Wanxian Mountain, Hui County, Xinxiang City from July 8 to July 10 this year.

Team bonding activities are mainly divided into two parts, training and travelling.

  In the training session, President Li of the company summarized the recent work, commended some outstanding employees, and looked forward to the next work; President Cui made a speech on improving the ideology and conduct of the company's employees; President Yang gave a training on the process management of municipal project construction. Through the training, everyone has a deeper understanding of the company's recent development and expectations for the company's prospect.

  In the travelling session, everyone visited the cliff corridor, Longtan Valley, Black Dragon Pool, Bailongtan Waterfall, Yuanyang Lake, Shouting Spring and other scenic spots. Along the way, everyone had fun with cheers and laughter. They experienced the hard time in 1972, learned Guo Liang's spirit of fighting against hardship, and enhanced mutual understanding and friendship. Unity is strength! Team spirit is power! This is everyone’s overall feeling after the team bonding, which will also inspire everyone to keep their original aspirations in mind, forge ahead, and work hard for the common vision of establishing a first-class national enterprise!
